This works, but only if the direct2bs file runs in standard mode, which kills fps on some tables. I also want to to be able to have the direct2bs server use custom *.res files for each table, so I can extend or fit them for my "4th" screen. The funny thing is, I can run the exact same settings with NVidia DSR (3840x2160), and get the same performance with the same small bit of stuttering.
